1. Introduction

Light Huis LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Rizzonomics mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our App.

We have designed Rizzonomics with your privacy as a priority. We do not create user accounts, we do not build profiles, and we do not retain your content after it has been processed. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described herein.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Uploaded Screenshots. The primary feature of Rizzonomics allows you to upload a screenshot of a conversation from a third-party messaging, social, or dating application. This screenshot is transmitted to our servers for text extraction and reply generation. The image may contain text messages, display names, and any other content visible within the screenshot you choose to capture and share.

Important: Uploaded images are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers immediately after text extraction is complete. We do not store, retain, archive, or use your screenshots for any purpose beyond the single processing request that you initiated.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We do not implement analytics, advertising trackers, crash reporters, or any other data collection systems within the App itself. We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, usage patterns, or behavioral data through our own systems.

The platforms through which the App is distributed — Apple App Store and Google Play Store — may independently collect certain technical and diagnostic information in accordance with their own privacy policies, which are separate from and not governed by this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely for the following purposes:

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral tracking, user profiling, model training, or any purpose other than delivering the service you have explicitly requested by initiating an upload.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver our services, we rely on the following third-party providers. When you use the App, certain data may be transmitted to these parties. Each provider operates under its own independent privacy policy and data practices, which we encourage you to review.

4.1 Google Cloud Vision API

We use Google Cloud Vision API, provided by Google LLC, to perform optical character recognition on uploaded screenshots. The screenshot image is transmitted to Google’s servers for processing. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Cloud Privacy Notice.

4.2 OpenAI

We use the OpenAI API, provided by OpenAI OpCo, LLC, to generate suggested replies. The text content extracted from your conversation — not the original image — is transmitted to OpenAI’s servers for this purpose. OpenAI’s handling of this data is governed by the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

4.3 Railway

Our server infrastructure is hosted on Railway, provided by Railway Corp. Uploaded images are received and processed on Railway’s servers and are deleted immediately upon completion of OCR processing. Railway’s practices are governed by the Railway Privacy Policy.

4.4 Apple and Google (In-App Purchases)

In-app purchases and subscription management are handled entirely through Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store. We do not directly collect, process, or store your payment information. These transactions are governed solely by Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies and terms of service.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We have designed our data pipeline to minimize retention at every stage. The following table summarizes how each category of data is handled:

Because we do not maintain any persistent database of user content and do not require account registration, we have no mechanism to associate any processing activity with a specific individual’s identity across sessions.

6. Children’s Privacy

Rizzonomics is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 16 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at contact@thelighthuis.com and we will take prompt steps to investigate and delete any such information.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Because we do not retain personal information after processing is complete and do not maintain user accounts, the majority of the above rights are satisfied by design. To submit a privacy request or inquiry, please contact us at contact@thelighthuis.com.

7.2 European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Legal Basis for Processing. We process your uploaded screenshot and extracted conversation text on the basis of your explicit consent, which you provide by voluntarily uploading content through the App, and for the performance of the service you have requested.

International Data Transfers. Our third-party service providers — Google, OpenAI, and Railway — may process your data in countries outside the EEA, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

To exercise any of your GDPR rights, please contact us at contact@thelighthuis.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Do Not Track

Certain browsers and mobile operating systems may transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites and applications. Because there is no established industry standard for recognizing or honoring these signals, and because we do not engage in behavioral tracking or targeted advertising, we do not alter our data practices in response to Do Not Track signals.

9. Security

We take the security of your information seriously. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Uploaded images are held only temporarily during active processing and are permanently deleted immediately upon completion.

However, no method of data transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we implement commercially reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Rizzonomics processes screenshots captured from third-party messaging, social, or dating applications. We have no affiliation with, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices, data handling, or content of any third-party application from which you capture screenshots. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services or platforms that you use.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and, where appropriate, provide in-app notice.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how we protect your information. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
